Welcome to PinkGo! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to, and use of the services provided by PinkGo ("PinkGo," "we," "our," or "us"), including the PinkGo mobile application, website, and ride-hailing services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By signing up for and using PinkGo, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform. PinkGo reserves the right to immediately terminate these Terms or any Services provided to you, or to generally cease offering or denying access to the Services or any portion thereof, at any time and for any reason.
Additional terms and conditions ("Supplemental Terms") may apply to specific features, promotions, or services offered on the Platform. Such supplemental terms will be disclosed to you in connection with the applicable Services. When provided, these Supplemental Terms are incorporated into these Terms.
PinkGo may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will become effective when posted on our Platform. Your continued access or use of the Platform after such updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically for any changes.
To access and use the features of the Platform, you must create and register a PinkGo account. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, possess the legal authority to enter into a binding contract with us, and will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform. To complete the registration process, you must provide a valid phone number, email address, and complete the identity verification process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
The Platform offers distinct account types for Passengers and Drivers. To register as a Driver, you are required to provide us with additional information, including licensing requirements, and pass background verification checks. You are also bound to maintain vehicle standards as prescribed by applicable laws and policies. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Platform.
PinkGo reserves the right to request updates to or re-verification of your account information at any time. Failure to comply with such requests may result in restricted access to the Platform.
Your account is personal and non-transferable. Riders are prohibited from booking rides for others unless explicitly authorized by PinkGo. Drivers are required to use only approved and verified vehicles for PinkGo rides. PinkGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false information or suspicious activity.

PinkGo may charge Drivers a “service fee” for access to and use of the Platform, and any tax/other amount that we are required to deduct under any applicable laws and regulations of Pakistan. The service fee constitutes a percentage-based licensing fee applied to each order. We may change the amount of the service fee from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the Platform following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated fees.
PinkGo fares are calculated using dynamic pricing considering factors such as distance, traffic conditions, estimated travel time, and demand. Riders are required to pay for rides using approved payment methods, including cash and in-app wallet. Passengers may choose to tip Drivers at their discretion. However, Drivers must not request, solicit, or pressure Passengers to provide tips in any manner, including verbal requests or signage inside the vehicle. In case of online payments from customers, Payments will be auto transferred to the Driver's Wallet. Drivers can withdraw the amount by requesting a cash-out for the amount accumulated in the wallet.
Drivers must maintain a balance in their wallet for ride processing. Drivers are required to have a balance equivalent to at least 10% of the total ride fee for each ride, ensuring ride processing. If a Driver's app account balance becomes negative, they must repay the full amount within 3 calendar days. Until the debt is repaid, the Driver's access to the PinkGo app will be restricted, preventing them from viewing or accepting ride requests from Passengers.
Refunds are issued only in cases of technical errors, duplicate charges, or overbilling on case-by-case basis. Refunds will be paid to customers within 30 working days from receipt of the refund request. No refund shall be granted to customers for completed rides unless a dispute is adjudicated in the customer’s favor. In case of fraudulent activity, customers will receive a refund within 30 days from the submission of their complaint, subject to verification through our investigation process.
Refunds and compensation are available to drivers on a case-by-case basis. In unique situations where a driver experiences loss due to PinkGo’s system errors, ride disputes, or unforeseen incidents, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to an internal investigation within 30 days. PinkGo does not provide cash refunds. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 30 working days upon receipt of a written request, while compensation will be provided through fare or bonus adjustments. All refund claims must be reported through PinkGo’s app or customer support within 36-48 hours after the issue occurs.
Upon the account deactivation requests from users with unused funds, any remaining balance will be refunded following our verification process, within 30 days from the date of request submission. In case there are unused funds in a user’s account, which is deleted due to prolonged inactivity that exceeds two (2) years, PinkGo has the right to debit them off. In such cases, users can request the unfreezing of funds within 30 days after account freezing through our customer support channel by sending an email to [email protected].
PinkGo may, at its sole discretion, offer promotional codes and discounts to users. These promotions cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated otherwise.
PinkGo reserves the right to modify these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Riders may book rides through the PinkGo app by specifying their pickup location and destination. Ride fares are calculated based on factors such as distance, estimated travel time, demand, and applicable surge pricing. Riders and drivers can negotiate the fares by offering fares suitable to their requirements. Upon successful booking, riders will receive details of the assigned Driver, including their name, photograph, vehicle information, and license plate number.
If a rider fails to appear at the designated pickup location within a reasonable time frame, the Driver reserves the right to cancel the trip and vice versa. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, will be enforced as outlined in PinkGo’s terms.

The health and safety of PinkGo users is our top priority. PinkGo takes reasonable measures to ensure the Platform remains a safe and secure environment for all users.
We verify the gender identity of Drivers and review all required documentation before permitting them to provide services through the Platform. PinkGo reserves the right to conduct spot checks to confirm that the Driver’s account is being used by the registered Driver and that the vehicle associated with the account is being used for rides.
Passengers are required to complete a liveness check or verify their gender identity by providing a government-issued ID number at the time of registration. During ride booking, we require spot checks to verify the gender identity for both drivers and passengers through real-time selfie verification.
While we implement reasonable safety measures, PinkGo acknowledges the inherent limitations of an online platform to ensure complete offline safety. We cannot guarantee the quality, safety, or reliability of transportation services arranged through our Platform.
PinkGo cannot verify with absolute certainty that each Passenger or Driver's identity matches their claims. For your safety, we strongly recommend that you verify the Driver or Passenger by comparing their appearance with the profile photo and matching vehicle numbers as displayed on the Platform before beginning any ride.
In case of any suspected threat to health or safety, the users must immediately report it to our user support platform or use the “SOS button”.
By clicking the SOS Button, the SOS alert will be sent to 3 emergency contacts saved by users along with the live location. Simultaneously, the alert and live location will be sent to PinkGo, enabling us to take appropriate emergency response actions.
We provide an emergency "Call the Police" button within the app. Pressing this button opens your phone's dial pad with the local emergency police number pre-populated, allowing for rapid contact with authorities in case of an emergency.
PinkGo reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations of these Terms. During such investigation, we may suspend your access to some or all Platform features, acting in a reasonable and objective manner based on the severity of the suspected violation.
We may subsequently decide to temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account, or limit or restrict your access to Platform features, if:
If your account has been previously terminated for violating these Terms and you attempt to use our Platform again (such as by creating a new account), we retain the right to suspend or terminate any such subsequent accounts.

PinkGo operates solely as a technology platform that connects riders and drivers and does not provide transportation services. PinkGo shall not be held responsible for any delays, accidents, injuries, theft, property damage, or personal loss occurring during rides arranged through our Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that ride-hailing services involve inherent risks, and PinkGo disclaims all liability for unforeseen incidents arising during transportation arranged through our Platform.
